To Whom It May Concern,

The holder of this letter is an employee of BellaCare Inc and must be free to engage in his or her work. All BellaCare Inc employees are deemed “Critical Healthcare workers” by the department of Homeland Security and should be considered exempt from any local or state travel restrictions. They must not be delayed from traveling to or from work or otherwise hindered from completing their duties in relation to their work as a BellaCare Inc employee.

Functioning critical infrastructure is imperative during the response to the COVID-19 emergency as well as the curfew mandated by Mayor Jean Stothert for both public health and safety as well as community well-being. Certain critical infrastructure industries have a special responsibility in these times to continue operations. This advisory guidance and accompanying list are intended to support state, local, tribal, territorial and industry partners in identifying the critical infrastructure sectors and the essential workers needed to maintain the services and functions Americans depend on daily and that need to be able to operate resiliently during the COVID-19 pandemic response. Healthcare providers and Caregivers including physicians, dentists, psychologists, mid-level practitioners, nurses and assistants, infection control and quality assurance personnel, pharmacists, physical and occupational therapists and assistants, social workers, optometrists, speech pathologists, chiropractors, and diagnostic and therapeutic technicians and technologists.

BellaCare Inc provides critical care and in-home resources for seniors and people with disabilities. Therefore, should be considered exempt from local restrictions such as shelter in place, curfews, and other restrictions that would inhibit their ability to carry out their duties as a BellaCare Inc employee. Thus, BellaCare Inc asks that you allow this individual to continue with the performance of his or her job so that they may continue to provide services essential to the country. Please call the main office 402-347-0007 immediately with any questions.

Kind Regards,

Stephen Bils
